A message from TMG

The NHS is under increasing demands without increased resources to help meet those demands. Currently staff from all sectors of the NHS are reporting increased abuse levels from patients.

We are all here to help and advise, however at times we are unable to meet all the demands of our patients. This does not mean we don’t care.

We will not tolerate abuse and threats made to our staff over the phone, face to face or via email. We understand that some circumstances can be very frustrating, but remember it’s also very frustrating for our staff not to be able to help you immediately.

Please make use of our excellent local pharmacy teams and the NHS 111 service. They too, are there to help.
