Dear Patients,

We wanted to update you in relation to our decision to support the National Collective Action being taken by GP practices across the country.

We would like to reassure you that the care of our patients and staff remains our priority. The Practice is open as usual and you should continue to contact us as you would normally do so.

It is vitally important that general practice receives adequate funding to enable us to continue to provide safe, effective care for the current patient demand. It is equally important that general practice is sustainable, so we are able to provide the same level of care for generations to come.

We will continue to work within our GP contract however there will be some small changes to support the National Collective Action.
