The BMA are no longer in dispute with the government and so collective action has been paused due to the 2025/2026 GP contract being agreed.
During collective action, our GPs had 25 appointment slots per full day which is considered the optimal number by the BMA. Prior to collective action, we offered 30 appointment slots per full GP day and we are pleased to let you know that we will be able to offer this number again from 31st March.
During collective action, we paused the 1pm release of the afternoon GP appointments and released the available appointments at 08.00am.
